INGREDIENTS


Bunch of curly leaf parsley
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 lemon, zested
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Salt




METHOD


1. Pick the parsley and place into a blender.
2. Add the breadcrumbs, blitz until fine.
3. Add the garlic, lemon zest, a few pinches of salt and pulse again until combined
4. Top meat, fish or vegetable dish with the breadcrumb mix.
